I grew up in Montana working in my family's construction company, and moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University. I loved the area and I'm glad to call the Inland Northwest my home together with my wife and four children. I'm a lawyer but I believe if conflict resolution is structured correctly it is likely that your best behaviors will be promoted and there will be less needless provoking of your fears.
