Q. Take it to the box?
A: This reads like a law school question.

If this is real then what do you need to do?

1) hire an experienced criminal defense attorney and he/she will go over the details with you to explain what is good and bad about this situation.

2) understand that the circumstances that you are in, again if this is real is that you will need to decide if you are looking to settle this case somehow OR try it from the beginning indicating that you did nothing wrong UNTIL THE END WHEN YOU SAW A CRIME BEING COMMITTED IN FRONT OF YOU AND DIDN'T IMMEDIATELY CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT TO REPORT IT AND INDICATE THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.

Good Luck
Q. Facing a Second DUI Charge after a previous offense reduced four and half years ago in WA State.
A: Yes you are in between a rock and a hard place because this last DUI is your second offense and the penalties are higher because of the first one. Please Please contact an experienced criminal defense attorney that does DUI law All the time. Not one that just does one or two cases here and there. It is not apparent that your 2nd DUI is in the State of WA but I assume it is. Talk to someone today because you need specific advise and help and not just general information. Hire someone now.
Q. In Washington State what is the least amount of time for a harassment charge or threat to kill and have previous violent
A: I'm sorry there isn't enough information for me or any attorney to give you direct answer. We would need to sit down and talk about all the needed information and background to see what range of time you are facing. It all depends on criminal history, what you are actually charged with now and how good the cases are against you. my number 509-750-9921 is my cell
