I have been an attorney since 2006 and take cases throughout the State of Washington. Most of my cases and clients are in the Spokane region where our main office is located. I became an attorney because I wanted to stand up for people who would not be able to obtain justice on their own. Often times people who hurt others try to avoid responsibility for the damage caused. I am willing and able to fight for your rights and hold these people accountable. When we decide to work together, my promise to you is that I will be your trusted advocate and counselor for your case.
The types of injury and death cases I work on varies but generally fall into the following categories: personal injury (bicycle crashes, pedestrian crashes, auto crashes, motorcycle crashes), workplace injuries, premises liability (conditions on property causing harm), products liability (products/equipment causing harm), dog bites and attacks, medical negligence, and sexual assault and abuse.
