From the very beginning of my legal career, I have focused my practice exclusively on representing consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Andrew Beynton Carlson Wood was born and raised in Richmond, while also spending considerable time in Northumberland County in Virginia’s Northern Neck, where his mother was born and raised. Ryan T. Walker joined Marks & Harrison in 2014 after having most recently worked for GEICO on the defense side of personal injury cases. Since he was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2007, Ryan has practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law. He has vast experience in automobile accident litigation.

Charles W. Davis, Jr grew up in Tappahannock and graduated from Essex High School. He graduated from the University of Virginia where he double-majored in politics and sociology.
