Prior to law school, Seth worked as a realtor while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Oklahoma. Since being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2021, he has focused on probate, real property transactions, oil & gas, estate and business planning, and civil litigation. Seth joined the firm in April 2022.

Jay was born and raised in Oklahoma and am a product of the Mustang Public School system, where he developed his leadership skills as Captain of the varsity soccer team from his sophomore to senior years. After graduating from high school he attended Southern Nazarene University from 1995-1998 on a soccer scholarship. Jay continued to develop as a leader as the starting goalkeeper and Captain of the soccer team from his sophomore year to his senior year in college. Grant Kincannon is an Altus native who, upon receiving his education at Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City University, moved his family back to Southwest Oklahoma. He has been living and working as an attorney in Altus since 2014.
