My current focus is representing railroad workers in personal injury cases under the Federal Employers Liability Act and in whistleblower cases under the the Federal Railroad Safety Act. My law practice is centered on the intersection of finance and law. I have worked in financial publishing, credit analysis, investment banking and consulting. I have structured and sold multi-billion dollar financings, and have helped people recover less than one hundred dollars. In my corporate law practice, I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, partner buy outs, private security offerings, and other corporate actions.
