I have worked as a Department of Homeland Security prosecutor for the last four and a half years. I have litigated hundreds of immigration cases focusing mostly on asylum, adjustment of status and cancellation of removal. I have now opened my own firm and hope to help people navigate the complex world of immigration law.

Mr. Bach received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1975 and his law degree from Hastings College of the Law in 1979. He has been working with immigration cases since 1978, and has lectured and written articles on immigration law.
