A solo practitioner in San Francisco's Financial District, practicing all areas of U.S. Immigration and Nationality law with an emphasis on family immigration and asylum since 1999. Currently member of 1) American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) NorCal's Unauthorized Practice of Immigration Law Working Group and 2) Jewish Community Relations Council and its Immigrants Rights Working Group. Formerly served as AILA NorCal Liaison to San Francisco Custom & Border Protection, Citizenship & Immigration Services, Immigration Court and Asylum Office. A volunteer mentor attorney on asylum and other immigration issues to AILA and non-immigration attorneys and law students and speaker at immigration organizations regarding asylum law and practice and other immigration issues.
