Stephen was born in Lititz Pennsylvania and graduated from Warwick High School. He furthered his education in graduating with honors from the University of Pittsburgh (B.A.) University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.) and Villanova University School of Law, Graduate Tax Program (LLM). Stephen founded his law firm in 2013 where he continues to focus on criminal and family court litigation. He resides with his wife Melissa and 2 children, Harrison and Olivia, in Manheim Township.

As a native of Western Pennsylvania and a current area resident, I am strongly invested in the community. Since founding my Somerset criminal defense and personal injury law firm in Somerset in 1997, I have worked hard to protect the rights and best interests of the individuals and businesses I represent. In addition to my legal practice, I serve on the Somerset County Bar Association Board of Directors.

I am an experienced trial attorney specializing in family and criminal law. I am frequently appointed by the court to represent children in highly litigious custody cases as a Guardian ad Litem.
