Throughout his legal career, Mark has served as both a Prosecutor and Public Defender representing more than 4500 defendants in the Municipal and Criminal Courts and has served as a Municipal Court Judge. As a Family Court lawyer, Mark represented more than 450 people seeking a Divorce, Custody or Support. Mark was licensed New Home Builder in New Jersey and Florida and regularly represented both builders and homeowners in construction disputes and before the Land Use Boards.
