I hail from Marietta, a quaint rural town nestled on the Oklahoma side of the Red River. My academic journey led me to Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where I completed my undergraduate studies in 2005. Following this, I pursued a law degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating in 2008. Jay was born and raised in Oklahoma and am a product of the Mustang Public School system, where he developed his leadership skills as Captain of the varsity soccer team from his sophomore to senior years. After graduating from high school he attended Southern Nazarene University from 1995-1998 on a soccer scholarship.
