Swayze earned his B.B.A. in Accounting in 1984 from Ole Miss, followed by his Juris Doctor in 1990 from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He was admitted to practice in MS, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts, and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Paul Scott is a life-long resident of DeSoto County, Mississippi, and began his law practice in Hernando in 1981. Paul’s practice is concentrated on representing property owners in eminent domain cases.
