My practice is primarily focused on consumer bankruptcy, drunk driving defense, criminal defense, and family law. My goal is help you find justice whether you are experiencing financial difficulties, have been arrested and charged with a crime, or have some other legal problem. It can be intimidating talking to a lawyer, especially when it comes to personal matters. I understand that no two cases are alike and I work hard to develop creative strategies to help my clients achieve the best results possible.

My practice focuses on assisting small businesses in their contractual, employment, and intellectual property legal needs, guiding couples and individuals through the estate planning process, helping fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the necessary tasks required to wrap up the affairs of a decedent, including preparation of estate tax returns, and assisting buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the purchase or sale of homes and houses.

Anna Salvia concentrates her practice in all areas of domestic relations law, including divorce, paternity, custody, child support, modification, contempt, adoption, and grandparent visitation, as well as the handling of restraining orders. Prior to joining Harsip & Stuart, she gained valuable experience in these areas through internships with the Middlesex Probate and Family Court and the SERV Conciliation program as well as through her participation in the Suffolk University Law School Family Advocacy Clinic and in various pro bono programs with which she had the opportunity to work.
