I am a former Federal Prosecutor, State Prosecutor, and Chief Deputy Prosecutor.
I have had extensive jury trial experience with all levels of criminal cases, from speeding to murder, both as a prosecutor and defense attorney.
I have successfully litigated civil cases regarding contracts, personal injury and products liability.
I am semi retired and limit my practice to cases that are of interest to me.

A St. Philip native, Erin Schmitt Tuley returned to the Evansville, IN area to practice law after receiving her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Vanderburgh County, where she handled felony-level cases, prosecuting major violent felonies during the last few years of her career as a prosecutor.
