Since 2010, Joseph’s practice has focused on workers’ compensation law, where he has successfully argued cases at all levels including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Joseph is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. He has been elected by his peers to be on the executive committee Georgia Workers’ Compensation Claimants Law Section and was appointed by the Chairman of the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation to the Advisory Council.

Ellene has been representing injured workers in west Georgia since 1988. She also practices Social Security disability law, assisting individuals who can no longer work due to illness or injury. A native of Columbus, GA, Ellene has fully staffed offices in her hometown as well as Douglasville, and her practice area covers all of west GA and east Alabama.
