My office was founded in Millersburg, Dauphin County in 1951 by Attorney Allen Shaffer. Since I joined the Firm in 1999, I took over as managing partner in 2001 and later as sole shareholder in 2006. The office has expanded from a two lawyer firm to a four attorney firm and moved to Harrisburg. We handle a variety of legal areas, including Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Criminal Law, Municipal Law, and Educational Law.

Hilary Vesell is a trial attorney, concentrating in family matters and civil litigation. Hilary has BA in psychology and MA in clinical psychology both from Columbia University. Allan J. Ray was born in Chester County, Pennsylvania and continues to reside there to this day. Al Graduated from Phoenixville Area High School, and relocated to Idaho to attend the University of Idaho. After graduating with honors, Al returned back to Pennsylvania and attended law school at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law where he was a member of the editorial board of the Penn State Environmental Law Review.
