I have been practicing criminal defense law for 11 years. I began my practice after serving clients of Weld County Colorado for 6 years in the Colorado State Public Defender's Office. I am dedicated to providing my clients with the best defense available when they are accused of a crime.

I founded my law firm in 2009 with the intent to help those who are unable to work receive disability benefits and to guide claimants through the complex administrative process. My office strives to provide excellent service both with disability and with bankruptcy claims. We help at all levels of the appeal process including initial filings.

Amy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1990 and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies in 1992 from Valparaiso University in northwest Indiana. She completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 1999.
