I am a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, graduating in top 10% of law school class and selected Brandeis Society, with top class grades Book Awards. I am a Certified Public Accountant CPA. I practice in areas of Automobile Accidents, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Power of Attorney Living Wills, Health Care Appointment, Corporate and Limited Liability Company formation and consultation, Tax Matters, Criminal Law including drug charges and OWI DUI DWI and CDL Speeding Tickets.

I am partner with the Indiana Office of Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Indiana University Southeast where I was named Outstanding Student in Political Science for the academic year 1985-86. I graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1989 after receiving a law scholarship. I served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Clark County, Indiana from 1990 to 1998, handling major Felony cases, including several murder trials.

I am originally from Knoxville, TN. I moved to Louisville for law school and I loved the city. In law school, I was very interested in the classes I took on business law. My practice is generally related to defense and litigation. My personal hobbies include running (3 marathons), woodworking and sports.

Jason practices a diverse blend of litigation, including corporate, commercial, real estate, and criminal litigation. He represents consumers in bankruptcy proceedings and criminal defendants in both federal court as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Developmental Panel and state court. Jason also serves as an advisor to local government in Shelby County. In law school, Jason competed on the winning team in the Honorable Robert H.
