I have been a practicing attorney since 1990. I practiced in NY commencing in 1990 until moving to Florida in the fall of 2001. In 2001 I began my Florida practice and continue to offer legal services in Florida and New York. My primary areas of practice are Real Estate Law, Corporate Law and Transactional Law.
