John M. Ottoboni is a former partner one of the founders of Ferrari Ottoboni Caputo & Wunderling. He became Of Counsel to the firm in 2007. He completed his law degree from University of California, Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law. Mr. Ottoboni is admitted to practice law in all California courts and certain federal district courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. John is married to his wife, Nancy, and is the proud father of five children and seven grandchildren. Mr. Ottoboni currently lives in Monte Sereno.

Lisa joined Ferrari Ottoboni Caputo & Wunderling in 1994 and became a Partner in 1999. She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University. Lisa devotes much of her time to cases involving wealth transfer planning, business succession, tax planning, tax litigation, charitable planning, and a variety of other trust and probate matters. Eric Despotes became the newest attorney at Lonich & Patton, LLP in February 2010 and assists in all areas of the firm's practice, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Business Law Eric grew up in the Bay Area and attended college at California State University, Long Beach, earning a degree in Poltical Science with an emphasis in International Relations.
