Joseph P. Capone is a Philadelphia Trial Attorney Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Joe is a skilled courtroom attorney and one of a dwindling number of attorneys that practices both plaintiffs’ law and criminal defense. He is equally skilled in Civil Law and Criminal Law.

…..In my case, the answer is over “One Thousand” trials, trying cases from Federal Court to County Courts, in many jurisdictions and before hundreds of Judges, pleading to thousands of Jurors.

I was born and raised in South Philadelphia, with the good fortune to be reared in a loving environment. I graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1987. I immediately began trying cases and have continued until the present time, gaining the respect of my colleagues and admiration of my clients.

I have served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Court of Common Pleas; as a Presiding Judge in the Temple National Trial Advocacy Program, and as a Law Clerk to Judges.
