I maintain a diverse legal practice that encompasses complex commercial litigation, employment law, and general corporate matters. Within the realm of commercial litigation, I have both prosecuted and defended class actions concerning consumer rights across multiple industries, including telecommunications and housing. My litigation experience extends to handling disputes among partners, construction-related cases, and civil rights issues, among others.
In my role as a legal advisor, I support both employees and employers. For employees, my services include reviewing employment and severance agreements, and I actively pursue litigation based on violations of federal and state laws. On the other hand, I represent employers by defending against employment lawsuits and drafting employment agreements.
Additionally, I have cultivated a corporate legal practice with a focus on the brewing industry. Nevertheless, my corporate clientele is diverse, representing a broad spectrum of industries.
