Alex grew up on the Mississippi River in the Quad Cities area. He has been a public defender in Iowa, an elected prosecutor in Wyoming, and now has established a firm in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan focusing exclusively on top notch state and federal criminal defense.

My colleagues and I handle litigation and arbitration matters involving securities, commodities and cryptocurrency. Forums in which we have appeared include FINRA, AAA, NFA and JAMS. We represent both investors and industry participants. Much of our work is concentrated in the litigation of EB-5 securities matters. Richard Honaker has been recognized as one of Wyoming's most effective trial and appellate lawyers.
