Yellowstone Bankruptcy
BRET T. ALLRED
Attorney
I spent my youth traveling the world as a navy dependent living anywhere from third world countries to some of the most modern cities in the world. This lifestyle exposed me to some of the struggles of the human condition. I learned that happiness does not come from riches, but from the freedom to live life on your own terms. In college, I married a Wyoming girl who convinced me to put down roots in the Big Horn Basin and Billings Area; and for the last eighteen years I have never regretted that decision. I enjoy living in a place with a sense of small-town community, along with all the modern conveniences of a city and some of the most stunning open spaces in the world. Unfortunately, there are some so overwhelmed by debt that it prevents them from enjoying this beautiful place. In my career I have gained a wealth of education and experience in the areas of creditors rights and consumer protection law and find fulfillment helping people understand that they are not powerless or without rights or options. I enjoy playing my part in helping people free themselves from the slavery of debt so they can truly live life on their own terms.
