I have been practicing criminal and traffic law in Virginia for over 16 years, including 6 years as a prosecutor and 10 years in private practice. I am fluent in Spanish and can interpret or translate to assist clients.

Kristen McConnell is a U.S. Army veteran and served in Desert Storm. McConnell received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, spending the last half of law school working in their Veterans Advocacy Clinic assisting veterans with their claims. She is a Department of Veterans Affairs accredited attorney and a current member of the Virginia State Bar, the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA), and the American Bar Association (ABA).

Louis Nagy co-founded our firm after honorably serving the community for seven years as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney. During his time as a prosecutor, Louis handled all types of criminal cases, including both state and federal cases. His unique experience is invaluable when anticipating the likely strategies the government will use in each case and developing ways to counter these tactics. Nate L. Adams, III, was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1981. Since that time, he has tried or argued cases at every level of the Virginia Courts and, with the sole exception of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal Courts. He concentrates his practice in business law, incorporation law, workers' compensation, creditor's rights, employment law for both employers and employees, domestic relations, and personal injury.
