Judge John B. Martinez is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Judge Martinez has broad experience in representing clients, having worked on both sides of the docket. Judge Martinez also has a unique perspective on representation, having served as a County Court at Law judge for several years. Judge Martinez is currently the managing partner for Hilliard Martinez Gonzales LLP. I have had a varied practice over the years. My principal practice now is divided between business litigation; criminal law; immigration deportation; domestice relations; and personal injury cases. I also assist clients with inventions to find financing for their inventions. I am primarily interested in energy production and desalinization projects. I work out of a home office because I like being on the water.
