I was born in Frankfurt, Germany on January 21, 1956. I attended the University of Akron and received my degree in Medical Technology in 1979. I went to law school at the University of Akron, School of Law and received my law degree with honors in 1993. I am licensed to practice law in all state courts in Ohio and am a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and the College of American Pathologists.

I have been practicing law for nearly 19 years.

Abigail is an experienced real estate law and business law attorney. She enjoys helping clients start and maintain their small businesses and navigate their real estate law needs including negotiating commercial leases, drafting deeds and purchase agreements for residential/commercial clients and navigating disputes related to buying and selling property.

I have a wealth of experience across a wide range of practice areas. I have over a decade of experience handling criminal, traffic, and family law matters. Clients trust me for personal service, attention to detail and aggressive representation no matter the complexity of their situations. Although I am frequently in court, I remain available for office consultations and client meetings. I am sympathetic to a client's case as it is probably the most stressful time of his or her life. I am trained in dispute resolution and collaborative law and offer alternatives to resolving cases.
