Justin completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University, and after working in the business world for several years, Justin attended law school at Elon University. Kevin E. Heckart was born in Des Moines, Iowa in 1961. After graduating from Wentworth Military Academy he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves in the Spring of 1979.
