I am licensed to practice law in Nebraska & Iowa. I have been a practicing attorney since 1999. I have experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, modification existing decrees, paternity, guardianship, and adoption. I have focused experience in contested custody cases as well as cases involving relocating parents who wish to move with their children out of Nebraska. I also have extensive experience in juvenile law and grandparent rights cases.

I first learned about the irrational disability decision making process of the Social Security in the 1980s. My sister was born with Downs Syndrome, an intellectual disability. She worked in a sheltered workshop and earned enough to have a small Social Security payment.My family was stunned when Social Security cut off her benefits because she medically improved.
