Daniel J. Tuley has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of clients through his career. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and has lived in Evansville for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1981 with a degree in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Chase Law School in 1986. He is a proud member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

I began my law practice in a large law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. I then decided to return to my hometown. Since returning to Evansville, I have concentrated in areas that effect the everyday lives of people around me. Consequently, I have helped numerous people with their family law and probate problems.

Michael Lakes joined our Indianapolis office in July of 2024. Before that, he was employed with the Indiana Department of Child Services providing legal services to field staff to help promote compliance with Indiana law and child welfare. As soon as he graduated from law school, Michael joined a general practice firm in Martinsville, IN where he represented clients in criminal, civil, and family law. Mr. French is a partner with the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Mr. French is a trial lawyer and certified mediator, who has represented clients in federal and state court lawsuits in many United States jurisdictions. Mr. French advises businesses and individuals of the strategies available to execute goals for resolution of disputes that require court intervention. Mr. French has represented clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including class actions, intellectual property misappropriation, securities violations, commercial and business transactions, shareholder disputes, employee non-competes, real estate development disputes, and governmental enforcement proceedings.

A native of Osceola, Indiana, Andrew has focused his practice in the area of Criminal Defense at the trial, appellate and post-conviction stages since his graduation from Indiana University School of law in 1998.

James (Jamie) Edgar is a seasoned criminal defense lawyer with about 30 years trial experience. He practices in both State and Federal courts and has handled some of the most complicated criminal cases to be filed in these courts. He takes relatively few cases so that he and his professional staff and focus more exclusively on getting the best result for you.
