Claimed Lawyer Profile
Biography

Spencer was born and raised in Florida, but has been a proud Indiana resident since coming to Bloomington to attend law school in 2003. Spencer represented indigent clients in the Community Legal Clinic while attending law school. After graduating from Indiana University School of Law in 2006, Spencer moved to Indianapolis and began his litigation career focusing on defending personal injury actions. Spencer also has experience litigating family law matters. However, Spencer soon realized his true passion was to spend his time fighting for severely injured individuals against insurance companies and large corporations. In 2010, Spencer proudly joined Hensley Legal Group where he exclusively concentrates on representing victims of severe personal injuries. It is his pleasure to work with the good people of Indiana to help them cope with the impact of significant personal injuries.

Spencer is actively involved in the Indianapolis community. He has served as a Big Brother for the past three years in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. Spencer also sits on the board for the Indianapolis Early Learning Center where he strives to create a successful future for all Indianapolis preschool age children, regardless of socio-economic status. Spencer and his wife, Devin, a born and raised Hoosier, live in Broad Ripple.
