I am a United States Air Force Veteran serving for ten years with three deployments, including a combat deployment to Iraq. After leaving the military, I attended Indiana University-Purdue University where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in English with a concentration in writing. After college, I attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. I was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2015 and licensed to practice law in Indiana.

Tom Kimbrough assists clients in all facets of labor and employment. He works with employers to defend against claims. He has worked with union and non-union employers, and businesses of all sizes. He also assists in other areas of litigation including insurance defense and business and commercial litigation.

I decided to open my own family friendly law firm in South Bend, Indiana. I understand the special needs of family law clients as well as those who are going through financial difficulties and have a need for debt collection assistance and bankruptcy services. I have my own family and decided this was the best way to meet the needs of my family while serving the needs of others.

Born and raised in Mishawaka, Spence joined the firm in 1979. He counsels clients in the areas of domestic and family law, commercial litigation, mediation and personal injury and wrongful death cases. During his career, he’s served as President of the St. Joseph County and Indiana State Bar Associations. He sits on the Mishawaka Education Foundation, and received the prestigious Sagamore of the Wabash Award from Governor O’Bannon in 2002.

Mr. James Barth graduated magna cum laude from Valparaiso Law School in 2016. He is an attorney at the law offices of Pfeifer Morgan & Stesiak, focusing his practice in the area of personal injury and advocating for clients who have suffered an injury or loss. Having clerked for both Federal and State trial courts, Mr. Barth gained valuable knowledge and experience in a courtroom setting. He is a valued asset to the firm, using his experiences from time served in the Marine Corps helping junior Marines through the issues they faced to make the law relatable to his clients.
