Davy is a Supervising Attorney at Pearl Law Group. He focuses his legal practice on U.S. corporate immigration law. Davy has experience assisting and consulting foreign nationals, including high-level multinational executives and managers, individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, and professional workers, on matters relating to employment-based immigration and nonimmigrant status/visa.

I have been practicing immigration law since 2001. I represent a great number of clients in family-based immigration, the majority of whom have recently married a US citizen, as well as employment based immigration. I prepare the petition and file it, obtain work permits, prepare my clients for the USCIS (formerly INS) interview, appear with them at the interview, and follow up with USCIS to issue the decision to grant Permanent Residence (Green Card). We prepare petitions for foreign investors and key employees with E2 Visas, L1A and L1B Visas, as well as H-1B Visas.

There I was able to work on real cases involving real clients facing real criminal charges.
