Immediately after law school, Carolyn practiced criminal law for six years. During this time, she was able to polish her courtroom talents and approach. Debra Scott earned a Juris Doctor in Law from Syracuse University College of Law, a Master of Public Health from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside in Political Science.
