I am an experienced trial attorney specializing in family and criminal law. I am frequently appointed by the court to represent children in highly litigious custody cases as a Guardian ad Litem.

Allan J. Ray was born in Chester County, Pennsylvania and continues to reside there to this day. Al Graduated from Phoenixville Area High School, and relocated to Idaho to attend the University of Idaho. After graduating with honors, Al returned back to Pennsylvania and attended law school at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law where he was a member of the editorial board of the Penn State Environmental Law Review. During law school, Al volunteered at Legal Aid of Southeast Pennsylvania in Pottstown where he helped indigent individuals through civil and family law matters including child custody and support.

After 20 years as a staff attorney representing victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking, I have transitioned into private practice at Mogel, Speidel, Bobb & Kershner to represent my clients in broader areas of the law.
I represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support and Protection from Abuse. I also prepare estate documents and probate documents for estates. Ben graduated in 2004 from Lycoming College and received his Juris Doctorate in 2011 from Widener University School of Law. Jim was born in Binghamton, New York, but has lived in Cumberland County since age 3. He graduated from Trinity High School in 1973 and studied in the pre-law program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania for two years.
