Shelley has been practicing law in Oregon since 1998. While originally from Wisconsin, she has called Oregon home for the last 30 years and has no desire to live anywhere else. She has been a solo practitioner / small business owner since 2002 when she opened her own practice. Lesley V. Herring is a native of Louisiana who moved to Portland, Oregon in 2011.
