After 28 years being away from my hometown of Lublin, WI, I have returned! My office is now open in Thorp, WI. I provide elder and estate planning, real estate services, probate and guardianship work. I am excited to return to small town life and help serve the communities where I was raised.

I focus my practice on complex business litigation and transactional work including partnership disputes, franchise and fair dealership issues, theft of trade secret issues, copyright disputes and breach of fiduciary duty cases, among others. My practice also includes a substantial amount of contract drafting, business start-up work, and business succession and estate planning.

Cedric brings a background in education to his legal practice. His teaching experience allows him to understand the unique needs of diverse families and individuals. His previous role at a nationwide family law firm provided him with the skills to guide families towards collaborative solutions, and when necessary, to litigate aggressively. In every case, Cedric advocates for putting the child’s rights and well-being as the paramount consideration.
