Attorney James A. Giles has been serving the legal needs of the people of Knox County, Ohio since 1981. Attorney Gregory J. McCleery represents clients throughout southeastern Ohio, primarily in the areas of oil and gas, real estate, wills and criminal law. Greg began his career in public service, dealing with a wide spectrum of legal problems. He has also worked extensively with both landowners and drillers in the Marcellus and Utica shale, and served as a title supervisor overseeing an experienced team of title abstractors.

Born and raised in Licking County, Attorney Seth Smith earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. On return to Ohio, Seth interned in the Licking County Prosecutor’s Office where he discovered his passion was actually for criminal defense. Since pursuing private practice, Seth has represented numerous clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors and federal crimes. Seth also regularly practices in Franklin County Domestic Relations and Licking County Domestic Relations court representing clients in complicated custody battles, divorces, and other family issues....

Born and raised in Akron, OH, John Watters graduated from the University of Akron in the spring of 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in English, a minor in Pre-Law Philosophy, and a profound desire to help those in need.
