Brian attended the College of Charleston on a full athletic scholarship and graduated in 1994 with his Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2000, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school, Brian was appointed the Assistant Attorney General by the South Carolina Attorney General Charlie Condon. Brian prosecuted numerous criminal charges, including some of the most severe. Brian Burke graduated from the Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina in 1995.
