For the past 28 years I have been practicing law. In that time, I have earned an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. In 1994 I opened up my own Denver personal injury firm, Donaldson Law, LLC. After serving in the U.S. Navy where I first became interested in becoming a lawyer, I worked in the Colorado Attorney General's Office where I prosecuted professional licensees for professional malpractice and negligence claims. I then became a Prosecutor in Hawaii where I prosecuted alleged criminals on Oahu. Afterwards I moved back to Denver where I now practice criminal, DUI/DUID and professional malpractice defense, I assist victims of motor vehicle accidents, and handle employee Worker's Compensation claims and draft Estate Planning documents for my clients.
