Before starting my own firm, I worked at a small defense firm, where I also gained valuable experience in employment law and contract review. I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate. This experience inspired me to be able to provide this same peace of mind to other families.

David Rawls was born in Glendale, California, September 4, 1949. He graduated with a Bachelors of Art in Philosophy in 1972 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1987. Mr. Rawls is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1987 and the Texas Bar in 1988.
