I am a long time Kitsap resident and I established my law practice here almost 19 years ago after graduating cum laude from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1991. Initially working for the Kitsap County Prosecutor and then later as a special prosecutor for Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island municipalities, I then set up a private practice emphasizing family law and criminal defense. I live in Silverdale with my wife of 17 years, Jennifer.

Upon admission to the State Bar of Arizona, Jennifer Mahoney opened her own law office where she has built a successful practice dealing exclusively in Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Asset Protection Planning, Estate & Trust Administration and Informal Probate. In addition to being an attorney, Jennifer Mahoney has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and currently acts as Controller and Consultant for an overseas company with a presence here in the United States.
