As a semi-retired attorney focusing attention on special cases, Mr. Lingl is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and holds a Masters Degree in conflict resolution from CSU Dominguez Hills. He currently dedicates most of his time to alternative dispute resolution. After his initial mediation training from the Pepperdine-Straus Institute, he has taken hundreds of hours of advanced and ombudsman training over the years.
