  Most Estate Plans and wills are flat fees based on the complexity of the matter. Probate fees can be based on the estate size and limited to the fees allowed by the Courts. My estate administrator handles many of the details of probate and allows our firm to provide personalized, cost effective administration. All appointments require a $399 fee that is a credit toward retained work.

Annual event to provide basic estate planning documents to firefighters, police, and veterans. I instruct volunteer attorneys on how to prepare the documents and ensure that the 40 to 50 documents prepared meet the needs of the clients and comply with Maryland Law.
