Biography

Juliet Berger-White is a partner at the Chicago law firm Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd., where she has practiced since 2001. Juliet graduated from Northwestern University School of Law, cum laude, in 1999, where she was an editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. After law school, before entering private practice, Juliet clerked for two years for United States District Court Judge Barbara B. Crabb. Juliet represents whistleblowers in qui tam litigation as well as counsels clients on the employment issues related to being a whistleblower. In addition to representing whistleblowers, Juliet represents clients in a broad array of complex litigation, including class actions, employment discrimination, First Amendment and other constitutional claims, labor trafficking, wage and hour violations, among others. Juliet is a member of the Taxpayers Against Fraud, the leading public interest organization dedicated to combating fraud against the government and protecting public resources through public-private partnerships. She also serves as the co-chair of the Quality Jobs Council for Women Employed. She has spoken about issues relating to the representation of whistleblowers, presentations including “The False Claims Act: Combatting Fraud on the Government” and “Ethical and Best Practice Issues When Representing Whistleblowers in FCA Cases.” Juliet is AV rated (“preeminent”) by Martindale-Hubbell.
