He clerked for the Chief Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, interned with the Ohio Supreme Court's Disciplinary Counsel and the Ohio Attorney General's Civil Rights section.

Henry A. Arnett is a 1976 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
