I practice in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, wrongful death, and estate planning. I am a member of Teamsters Local 638 and a panel attorney for Union Plus Legal Services and UAW. I represent and help injured people obtain just compensation for their injuries. As a former UPS driver who was injured while working, I can know what it's like to suffer a career ending injury.

Katelyn Bounds has dedicated her practice to workers' compensation litigation as well as short term and long term disability disputes. She has experience representing injured employees in mediation, administrative conferences, hearings before a Compensation Judge and the Minnesota Supreme Court. She also focuses a portion of her practice on representing employees in ERISA and non-ERISA private disability appeals. Katelyn enjoys connecting with her clients and advocating for the benefits they deserve. She finds a collaborative approach and open communication keys to effective representation.

Attorney Brent Olson is the most recent addition to Lacourse, Poole & Envall, P.A. and has been practicing law in Duluth and the surrounding communities since 2009. Throughout his career he has appeared in every Courthouse in the Sixth Judicial District. He is also licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.

He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth and received his law degree from the University of North Dakota with distinction. Eric is a partner in the firm and practices in all areas of personal injury law, including wrongful death, car accident, premises liability, product liability, professional negligence and workers’ compensation cases. Eric is licensed to practice law in state and federal court in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Eric was born in Duluth, Minnesota. He grew up along the North Shore where he worked in his father's business until he graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, magna cum laude. He spent three years in the Twin Cities and graduated with honors from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul....

I started my practice in Brainerd in 1975. In my early years I had a general practice with a focus on real estate and municipal law. As I gained a lot of courtroom experience I narrowed my focus to personal injury and workers compensation on the plaintiffs side. I became a certified trial specialist by the Minn. State Bar Assn. in 1995 and was selected as a leading Minn. Attorney by the American Research Corp. in 1997. In 2017 I was designated as one of the top 100 attorneys in Minnesota.
