David Zoeller joined the law firm of Hawks Quindel in June 2009 as an associate attorney after practicing as an employment and class action litigation attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Litigation practice also includes representing clients in the trial and appeal of adversary actions, most typically claims brought against debtors under Section 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(2)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code.
