For almost 25 years, I have represented men and women accused of crimes in state and federal courts. Before opening my office, I served as a CIA officer for 5 years. I have also served as a special prosecutor. Very few attorneys have handled as many federal criminal cases as I have. James Christian Becerra is a life long resident of Fort Bend County. He currently resides in the Katy area with his wife and 3 daughters. Mr. Becerra is a former Fort Bend County Assistant District Attorney now primarily practicing in the Criminal Defense and Family areas of law.

This is a general practice office where I handle a variety of legal matters. My focus is on maintaining low overhead and providing high quality individualized service. I feel that this practice style provides the most value to the client. In my free time I coach high school volleyball in Oklahoma City and spend time with my greyhound.
