I retired from the Air Force in the grade of colonel after having served 29 1/2 years active duty. I was a three-time commander at the detachment, squadron and group levels. My first passion is caring about and caring for families in the broader community because they are the foundation of our nation. My other passion is to continue what I did while on active duty - caring about and caring for servicemembers, federal civil servants and families -- whether still serving or in retirement -- in honor of their contributions to our nation.

Gary Caswell is an AV-rated (Martindale-Hubbell) attorney at law licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, Texas Federal Courts, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Max Chamberlain is a native Texan. Working and residing in Central Texas, he specializes in providing Estate Planning advice and services to the local communities of New Braunfels, San Marcos, Buda, Austin, and surrounding areas. Max enjoys providing local communities with free estate planning seminars. He also provides probate services, such as filing a small estate affidavit, determining heirship, and probating wills. Prior to starting his practice, he gained experience at a highly reputable estate planning law firm where he learned about the probate process and basics of estate planning. He also has experience in civil litigation and in mediation.

Founding member Jennifer Espronceda is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, Jennifer delivers business “know-how” with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership. Prior to graduating from law school, Jennifer was selected for a judicial internship in the Southern District of Texas where she worked for the Honorable George P. Kazen.
